Refunds & Cancellations | Calvant

At Calvant, we take pride in the quality of our fragrances and customer satisfaction. Please review our policy regarding refunds and cancellations before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
- To request a cancellation, please email support@calvant.com or call us at +91 93735 77165 with your order ID.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Refunds
We only offer refunds in the following cases:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos and order details.
- Once verified, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.
Note: Fragrances once opened cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene and authenticity standards.
3. Exchanges
We do not currently offer product exchanges. If the item is eligible (damaged or incorrect), you will receive a full refund or a replacement.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used products
- Items without original packaging
- Sale or promotional items
